1. The Service
Worday is a word game service operated under the Soztap brand. The service may include daily play, multiplayer battles, social features, rankings, bot matches, and server-connected gameplay modes.
By downloading, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You may use the service only if you are legally allowed to do so under applicable law.
- If you are below the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian where required.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your device and account access secure.
- You may create an account with a username and may also use supported sign-in methods such as Google or Apple where available.
- You must not impersonate another person, use misleading or offensive account details, or attempt to access someone else’s account.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use unauthorized scripts, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
- Do not harass, threaten, spam, stalk, deceive, or abuse other users through usernames, friend features, invites, or gameplay.
- Do not interfere with the service, servers, security features, rate limits, or normal operation.
- Do not submit unlawful, hateful, obscene, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse non-public parts of the service except where applicable law clearly permits it.
5. Rankings, Leagues, and Bots
- The service may maintain weekly leagues, promotion and demotion zones, group rankings, and leaderboards.
- We may adjust match results, rankings, league placement, or points to maintain fairness, enforce rules, or resolve abuse or technical issues.
- Some game modes may include bot opponents.
- We do not guarantee that matchmaking, rankings, scores, history, or league results will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The service may integrate Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication, Google AdMob, hosting providers, and other third-party services.
- Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
- Ads, including banner or interstitial ads, may appear in the service.
- We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party terms, or the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, software, service design, game systems, branding, artwork, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Soztap and are protected by applicable law.
You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Suspension and Termination
- We may warn, restrict, suspend, rename, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the service.
- We may remove or limit features, matches, rankings, or content where needed for safety, security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
- You may stop using the service at any time, and you may use the account deletion flow in the app where available.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, rankings, account access, data, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or privacy law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the new version at this page, or provide notice through the app or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Social and Multiplayer Rules
The service may use player IDs, friend requests, direct invites, public matchmaking, and bot matches. Certain profile and match information is visible to other players because these features depend on that visibility.
