- Account information, such as your username, avatar selection, internal account ID, player ID, language preference, and account creation details.
- Sign-in information when you use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, including identifiers and profile information made available through those services and Firebase Authentication.
- Gameplay information, including daily progress, multiplayer match state, guesses, submitted words, scores, wins, losses, forfeits, league points, rankings, history, and leaderboard placement.
- Social information, including friend requests, friend list data, invites, and player-ID-based interactions with other users.
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as IP address, app version, device and operating-system information, server logs, and crash or error data.
- Advertising-related information processed by third-party ad providers when ads are shown, subject to those providers’ own policies.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage accounts and let users sign in with username-based accounts, Google, or Apple.
- To link a Google or Apple sign-in method to an existing account when the user chooses to do so.
- To run multiplayer battles, friend requests, direct invites, match history, leagues, and leaderboards.
- To process gameplay for Daily Word, Crossword, and Bee Words modes that depend on our servers.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce rules, and detect cheating or misuse.
- To improve performance, debug issues, understand service health, and support users.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service and its users.
4. What Other Users May See
Because the app includes multiplayer and social features, some information must be visible to other players in order for the service to work properly.
- Your username and avatar.
- Your player ID when it is used for social features.
- Friend status and invite status.
- Match-related information such as participation, score, results, league standing, and leaderboard placement where relevant.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain accounts, run social and multiplayer features, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If you delete your account through the app, we will delete or anonymize information unless we need to retain certain data for security, fraud-prevention, technical, or legal reasons.
- Deleting an account may remove access to saved progress, linked sign-in methods, friend data, battle history, and rankings.
- If a linked social-auth account exists, associated authentication records may also be removed where supported by the underlying provider flow.

- You can choose whether to create a username-based account or use a supported social sign-in method where available.
- You can update profile details such as username, avatar, or language settings from inside the app where those features are available.
- You can request account deletion through the app’s account deletion flow when available.
- You can stop using the service at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information. However, no internet-based service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
Worday is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us unlawfully, please contact us through the support details published on https://soztap.com or the relevant app listing so we can review the request.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed on servers or by providers located in different countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your country, subject to applicable law.
